Registration fees

General admission: 120 euros

Concessions: 80 euros (for PhD students only)

ESIST (European Association for Studies in Screen Translation) members: 90 euros

EST (European Society for Translation Studies) members: 90 euros

Conference dinner: 35 euros (to be paid on arrival)

Please be aware that all participants have to register, both attendees and speakers.

Registration will open on 10 October 2015 and should be completed no later than 10 December 2015.

Registration includes:

  • Attendance to all conference sessions
  • Lunch and refreshments
  • Wine reception
  • Conference pack and documentation

The fee for the conference dinner is not included and it will be payable on arrival if you wish to attend. Further information about this will be circulated in January.


How to register

Please fill in the registration form below and send it to together with a copy of your receipt of payment. Confirmation of registration will be sent asap. Please note that the deadline for registration is 10 December 2015.


Payment details

Payment by bank transfer. Please make sure that your name is clearly stated on the transfer form and that you indicate the following reason for payment: “LLCS AVT Conference 2016”. Unless you are paying for the full fee, please add the appropriate code to indicate you are entitled to a discount:  1) PhD-Rome 2016; 2) ESIST-Rome 2016; 3) EST-Rome 2016.
